The low-bed semi-trailer has no side panels and is widely used, mainly for medium and long-distance cargo transportation. The frame of this series of semi-trailers is a through-beam structure, and the longitudinal beam adopts a straight gooseneck type. The longitudinal beam is welded by automatic submerged arc welding, the frame is shot peened, and the crossbeam runs through the longitudinal beam and is welded into a whole. It consists of a series of dry leaf springs and suspension supports. The structure is reasonable, the rigidity is large, and the strength is high, which plays the role of supporting loads and buffering impacts.
